Still hurting after months of waiting it out?
Most people arrive having already tried rest, ice and hoping. Pain that has not settled on its own rarely settles later, and the longer a joint moves badly the more the rest of the body compensates for it.
You do not need to be in crisis to come in. Whether it is back pain that flares every time you sit too long, a shoulder you cannot sleep on, or a knee that has quietly stopped bending the way it used to, an evaluation tells you what is actually going on and what it takes to fix it.
How recovery works here
Every plan runs through the same four phases. Every phase is intentional, every session is one-on-one, and the plan is built around you.
Relieve the pain
We settle the pain and restore comfort first, because nothing else works while you are guarding the joint.
Rebuild strength
Corrective exercise to rebuild strength, improve movement and retrain how you load the joint.
Restore function
Functional training so the movements that hurt become the movements you trust again.
Keep it away
Injury prevention and a plan you can hold on your own, so you are not back here in six months.
Why patients choose the clinic

- Hands-on manual therapy, not machines
- Re-assessed as you progress
- Free parking at the door
- Same therapist every visit

★★★★★Unfortunately, I’ve had my fair share of physical therapy over the years, but no one compares to the team at All One Healthcare. Wow, what a difference! Most PT clinics give you a few exercises and maybe 5 minutes with the therapist. At All One, the entire team is incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely invested in helping you heal. Darrie is hands-on, thorough and truly works to get to the root of the problem instead of just treating symptoms. Physical therapy is NOT an overnight fix, especially if you’ve been dealing with pain for years. But if you’re willing to trust the process, this team will absolutely help you feel better. The environment is welcoming, fun and comfortable and you can tell everyone there truly cares about their patients. I’ve sent my elderly parents, friends and neighbors here and every single person says the same thing: “Wow, what a difference!” Yes, some sessions can be tough, but you walk out feeling so much better afterward. Huge thank you to Darrie, Eddie, Brian, and Jaime for always making me feel right at home. I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else for PT. You guys are the best!
★★★★★I was in a car accident and had some whiplash injuries on my upper back and lower back and was in some pain every time I went to sleep. After seeing Darrie and his crew for a couple of sessions my back was literally back to normal and I had no pain in the areas that kept me up at night. Every person who works here is great at what they do and they love to help people. Darrie has been amazing and I’m so glad he’s helped me throughout this whole process.
★★★★★I’ve been going to AllOne Healthcare in North Phoenix for physical therapy twice a week for more than a year, and the results are impressive. The physical therapists - Darrie, Eddie and Brian - are highly skilled, hands-on, and truly know their craft. They’re helping me build back both muscle strength and flexibility in ways I didn’t think possible. The atmosphere is upbeat, welcoming, and genuinely positive. I couldn’t be happier with both my experience and my results, and I recommend them to anyone needing physical therapy.
★★★★★I started at AllOne Healthcare in November 2024 after an auto accident on September 18, 2023. Before being treated by them I was seeing several other PTs and not getting any better. At AllOne, Darrie, Eddie and others made me feel so welcome. They listened to my concerns and came up with a plan of action. They were and still are so invested in my health. I feel confident in their assessment of my injuries and their course of action. Walking into their establishment feels like going home. I can’t imagine going anywhere else!
★★★★★Becky was truly a pleasure as my mom's physical therapist. Her knowledge and kindness was beyond exceptional. Her enthusiasm to help my mom progress each week was with care and devotion. Becky will definitely be missed but her teaching my mom the basics to move forward will last a lifetime. Thank you Becky!

Showing 14 questions
Do I need a referral to start physical therapy?
Arizona allows direct access, so you can be evaluated by a physical therapist without a physician referral. Some insurance plans still require one before they will pay, and Medicare home health has its own rules. Tell us your plan when you call and we will confirm what yours needs before you come in.
How soon can I get an appointment?
Most new patients are seen within a week. Call and we will give you the first realistic opening rather than a best case, and if we cannot fit you in soon enough we will tell you that too.
What happens at my first appointment?
Your therapist runs a full evaluation, goes through your health history and what you are trying to get back to, then builds a treatment plan around it. You will leave the first visit knowing what is going on and what the plan is.
What should I bring and what should I wear?
Bring your photo ID, your insurance card and any imaging or surgical notes you have. Wear clothing you can move in and that gives us access to the area being treated, so shorts for a knee or hip and a loose top for a shoulder.
Does insurance cover physical therapy?
Many plans do, including Medicare, Medicaid and private insurance. We verify your benefits before your first visit and tell you what you would owe up front, not after the fact. You can also read more on our insurance page.
What will it cost me?
It depends on your plan, your deductible and how many visits you need. Rather than quote you a number that turns out to be wrong, we check your specific benefits and give you the real figure before you commit to anything.
Do you take Medicare and Medicaid?
Yes. Many of our services are covered by Medicare, Medicaid and private insurance plans, and our team can help verify coverage and explain your options.
How long is each session?
Sessions typically run 45 to 60 minutes. Your therapist stays with you for the appointment rather than moving between several patients at once.
How many visits will I need?
Most patients come 1 to 3 times a week, and how long depends on the condition and your goals. Your therapist recommends a schedule after the evaluation and adjusts it as you progress, rather than locking you into a package up front.
Will I see the same therapist every time?
That is the intent. Continuity is a large part of why hands-on care works, because the person treating you already knows what changed since last week.
Is physical therapy painful?
The first phase is about relieving pain and restoring comfort, so treatment should not make things worse. Some soreness after strengthening work is normal, and your therapist adjusts the load if it is more than that.
What conditions do you treat?
Back pain and sciatica, neck and shoulder pain, hip and knee pain, arthritis, foot and ankle pain, balance and gait problems, chronic pain, headaches, dizziness and vertigo, and post-surgical recovery. See the full list on what we treat.
Where are you and is there parking?
20801 N 19th Ave, Ste 4, Phoenix, AZ 85027, in north Phoenix. Parking is free and on site, right at the door. Get directions.
What if I cannot get to the clinic?

Call (602) 439-3800 and ask. There is no charge for a question, and we would rather tell you physical therapy is not the answer than book you in for something it will not fix.
