When getting there is the hardest part of getting better
Plenty of people stop physical therapy not because it was not working, but because the drive, the parking and the arranging became more than the appointment was worth.
If you cannot drive yet, if you are recovering from surgery, if stairs are the problem, or if a fall is what you are trying to avoid, going out to be treated works against the thing you are being treated for. We remove that part entirely.
From your first call to your first visit
Nothing about the therapy is reduced because it happens at home. It is the same four-phase program, delivered where you live.
You call
We check your insurance, confirm you are in our service area, and tell you the first real opening.
We come to you
Your therapist arrives with what the session needs. No equipment for you to buy or borrow.
We treat where you live
Your stairs, your bathroom, your kitchen. The movements we work on are the ones you actually make.
You keep going
A home program you can hold on your own, using what is already in your house.
Why patients choose mobile care
Therapy at home is not a lesser version of clinic care. For some recoveries it is the better one, because the environment is the thing being trained.
- No travel, no parking, no waiting room
- Treated in the space you actually move in
- One-on-one for the whole visit
- A home program using what you already own
- Easier for a family member to sit in
- Lower fall risk than getting out to an appointment

★★★★★Physical Therapist Susan was absolutely amazing to work with, and was so kind, caring, and professional. She tailored the therapy specifically to me with my best interest in mind in healing my fracture. What a gift she was! Also had Becky for Occupational Therapy, and she too, was wonderful. She was why I was able to come home and rehab in my own home, because she tailored the therapy to my surroundings. She too, was amazing and so incredibly helpful. I highly recommend Petkov Physical and Occupational Therapy, for their kind caring and compassionate therapists. Thank you
★★★★★I was so lucky to find Petkov Bodywork Therapy after I broke my hip. Struggling to find an at home therapy through my insurance I finally convinced them to let me use this out-of-network therapist. Please don’t give up if you face the same challenges! I was impressed after the first visit already. Rumy, the owner, performed some very helpful adjustments to my equipment, and showed me some good exercises. The next sessions I was working with Kristin, his therapist, and what a blessing she has been! Caring and professional, always on time, and so pleasant to work with. Always coming up with new and more difficult workouts, she improved my overall recovery so very much, I will be forever thankful to her. I highly recommend Petkov Bodywork Therapy!
★★★★★I had a phenomenal therapist, Initials S.D.!!! She was wonderful and extremely knowledgeable in helping me recover from my shoulder injury. I had a fractured shoulder and was told that I would not have range of motion for 3 to 4 months. She worked with me and I was able to get my range of motion back after one month. Extremely helpful, extremely caring always on time, she is amazing and should be recognized for her services !!!
★★★★★My son received PT from Susan and OT from Allisynn. Both therapists were very kind, professional and prompt. They gave my son lots of exercises to increase his strength after hospitalization, and ideas for physical accommodations. We would recommend them both highly.
★★★★★We had the most wonderful experience with Petkov Bodywork! My husband was discharged from an acute rehabilitation center and when he came home he couldn’t even sit up on his own, walk or feed himself. I was panicking on if we made the right choice to come home. As soon as our therapists Paulina and Becky started coming to our house, I knew we were in good hands! He was discharged from home so much stronger, able to walk and eat on his own. He has made giant strides and is in a great position to start outpatient therapy! We will be forever grateful for the care that Paulina, Becky and Rumi took with each visit! They celebrated each success with us and will be forever part of his recovery story!
★★★★★Unfortunately, I’ve had my fair share of physical therapy over the years, but no one compares to the team at All One Healthcare. Wow, what a difference! Most PT clinics give you a few exercises and maybe 5 minutes with the therapist. At All One, the entire team is incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely invested in helping you heal. Darrie is hands-on, thorough and truly works to get to the root of the problem instead of just treating symptoms. Physical therapy is NOT an overnight fix, especially if you’ve been dealing with pain for years. But if you’re willing to trust the process, this team will absolutely help you feel better. The environment is welcoming, fun and comfortable and you can tell everyone there truly cares about their patients. I’ve sent my elderly parents, friends and neighbors here and every single person says the same thing: “Wow, what a difference!” Yes, some sessions can be tough, but you walk out feeling so much better afterward. Huge thank you to Darrie, Eddie, Brian, and Jaime for always making me feel right at home. I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else for PT. You guys are the best!
★★★★★I was in a car accident and had some whiplash injuries on my upper back and lower back and was in some pain every time I went to sleep. After seeing Darrie and his crew for a couple of sessions my back was literally back to normal and I had no pain in the areas that kept me up at night. Every person who works here is great at what they do and they love to help people. Darrie has been amazing and I’m so glad he’s helped me throughout this whole process.
★★★★★I’ve been going to AllOne Healthcare in North Phoenix for physical therapy twice a week for more than a year, and the results are impressive. The physical therapists - Darrie, Eddie and Brian - are highly skilled, hands-on, and truly know their craft. They’re helping me build back both muscle strength and flexibility in ways I didn’t think possible. The atmosphere is upbeat, welcoming, and genuinely positive. I couldn’t be happier with both my experience and my results, and I recommend them to anyone needing physical therapy.

Showing 13 questions
Do I need a referral for a home visit?
It depends which service you need. Arizona allows direct access to outpatient physical therapy, so an evaluation does not require a physician referral. Medicare home health has its own rules and does require a physician's order. Tell us your situation when you call and we will confirm which applies to you.
How soon can someone come out?
Call and we will give you the first realistic opening for your area rather than a best case. Availability depends on where you are in the Valley, which is why the service-area question comes first.
Who is mobile therapy actually for?
Anyone for whom getting to a clinic is the obstacle: recovering from surgery or hospitalisation, not cleared to drive, limited mobility, high fall risk, or simply no one available to take you. It is not restricted to seniors.
Does insurance cover in-home therapy?
Many plans do, including Medicare, Medicaid and private insurance. We verify your benefits before the first visit and tell you what you would owe up front. More detail on our insurance page.
Does a home visit cost more than the clinic?
What you pay depends on your plan and your benefits rather than on where the session happens. We check your specific coverage and give you the real figure before you commit to anything.
Do you take Medicare and Medicaid?
Yes. Many of our services are covered by Medicare, Medicaid and private insurance plans, and our team can help verify coverage and explain your options.
Do I need equipment or a special space?
No. Your therapist brings what the session needs, and the program is built around what you already have. A clear area roughly the size of a rug and a sturdy chair is usually plenty.
How long is a home visit?
Sessions typically run 45 to 60 minutes, one-on-one with your therapist for the whole visit.
How often will someone come?
Most patients are seen 1 to 3 times a week, and how long depends on the condition and your goals. Your therapist recommends a schedule after the evaluation and adjusts it as you progress.
Will it be the same therapist each time?
That is the intent. Continuity matters more in the home than anywhere, because your therapist learns your house: the step that is too high, the chair you struggle out of.
Can a family member sit in?
Yes, and it usually helps. A caregiver who has seen the exercises done correctly is the difference between a home program that gets followed and one that does not.
How far do you travel?
Phoenix, Glendale, Peoria, Scottsdale, Surprise, Goodyear and Sun City, plus much of the surrounding metro. If you are not sure, call and we will tell you before anything else. See locations we serve.
What if I would rather come in?
Our clinic is at 20801 N 19th Ave, Ste 4 in north Phoenix, with free parking at the door and the full range of rehab equipment. See the clinic page.
